Some time ago, there was a discussion that noted that the Whitbread
ale yeast was actually 3 different yeasts.

If I repitch the wort on the yeast cake from the secondary, I would be
selecting against the first variety. Anyone have any long term
experience on this? (Is this the yeast Fr. B uses?)
