Subject: Lager question

I made an all-grain batch and fermented it with
Pilsen Wyeast. I wonder if the high FG (1012) is
normal or is their something wrong in my mashing
procedure. I used very pale malts and decoction
mashing. OG was 1044. Can anybody answer?
